Over the first few years of this decade Datanomic introduced a suite of data quality tools that worked together but were essentially separate. However, with release 5.0 the company introduced dn:Director, which started to bring these products together into a single unified whole based on a common repository. That process has been completed with the recent (December 2006) release of dn:Director. Note that this is a single product that encompasses (and extends) the capabilities of what were the company’s previous products, providing profiling, analysis, transformation, cleansing and matching of both structured (relational and non-relational) and unstructured data.
