Aventail is expanding into Europe, whilst extending its product line to allow remote access to applications, through a firewall, without needing client software. Aventail have a good heritage in working with standards to provide remote access to applications. The company aims to build on previous successes by addressing th eneeds of extranet application access. This may be a niche activity, but one which is well worth exploiting.
