Russell draws on a diverse background having worked as an engineering project leader in 26 countries, as a Managing Director of a £120m turnover outsourcing business, and as a people strategy consultant. He has consulted with and supported leadership teams of companies of all sizes from SME to FTSE100. Russell’s drive is inspired by the belief that people are the true USP of any organisation and it is through unlocking their potential that every stakeholder can thrive and succeed.
