Katie has worked in client facing roles for 20 years in different industries including manufacturing, petroleum and education at Durham University. Katie is a senior account manager at Bloor Research with five years’ experience in the industry, she is committed to developing a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by our clients in different verticals, such as; IT, financial services, healthcare and retail. Katie works tirelessly to ensure that our clients are happy and are making the most of the opportunities we create. She works with an amazing team delivering real and measurable results for our customers.
Katie’s passion and primary role as a senior account manager is to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Katie is also our General Manager and plays a key role in developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies. This involves collaborating with our research teams and partners to identify areas of opportunity, and working with our marketing team to develop compelling content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership for our end-user audience.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys travelling and the outdoors, generally to visit places with a historical background. She is always seeking out new opportunities for professional development and learning.
