Apprise is a provider of ERP and SCM software and services designed specifically for consumer goods wholesalers. The company was founded in 1984 and is privately-held. The company offers the following solutions:

• ERP – targeted at the consumer goods market segment;
• WMS – this is part of the ERP solution but is offered as a separate sku;
• Mobile – this is a native tablet app solution for sales order entry and works even if there is no internet connection;
• System Risk Management – this is part of the ERP solution that provides system monitoring and management, including proactive tuning of the Apprise ERP application for optimal system performance as well as secure remote monitoring and management;
• Manufacturing – another part of the ERP that is a MRP II solution for works orders and production monitoring;
• Demand Planning – this component of the ERP provides forecasting, distribution resource planning, purchasing and PLM functionality;
• Transportation and Logistics – this component provides route management and bills of lading functionality. The route management provides support for dynamic routing capabilities;
