Justin has over 35 years global experience in technology primarily in Business Development to listed board level. For the past 20 years he has built, lead and provided strategic advisory support for new business who are leveraging technology to drive market change. This included running Bloor for most of this time.

His research and advisory work is focused on how technology drives new business models and thus significant market change in most industry sectors worldwide. This includes: using community blockchains across the first 40% of the agricultural supply chain, valuing and monetizing intellectual assets using AI, automating the supply chain from fan to product across the whole sports market, personalized guides linked through to services across the travel market, Infraco’s and digital infrastructure and building Special Economic Zone to support macro-economic change.

He is currently focused on understanding and implementing rapid business model change and how new technologies can be used to enable this. Critically this includes how value can be identified and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
