Rebecca Armstrong is an experienced and qualified people-centred consultant and coach with extensive experience working with senior teams to create cultural transformation. She believes that people are the most important part of any business and by creating environments in which people are trusted and valued as individuals, transformation can happen.
Rebecca is passionate about helping transform the meaning of ‘work’ and creating workplaces which are creative, high performing and above all heart-led. Rebecca brings a blend of consultancy, coaching, mentoring and training to help leaders transform their thinking into strategic and operational change which delivers commercial impact.
Rebecca is an advocate for inclusion and in particular for disability; having been diagnosed with MS in 2013 Rebecca has lived experience of living with a life limiting but invisible condition and uses this unique perspective alongside the voices of others to create positive change. Rebecca is a columnist for a national UK magazine, is a regular speaker at leading conferences and a TEDx Speaker.
Rebecca has a MSc in HRM, Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law, Level 7 CMI Leadership and Management and is a PCC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
