Helen’s career in marketing and brand has seen her have tenures as Marketing Director at Hanover International Hotels & Clubs and fifteen years at Center Parcs as Head of Brand, where as a driving force in the Sales and Marketing function she delivered some of their most high profile and successful campaigns, significantly changing brand perceptions and delivering unrivalled sales results in the sector.
Helen is also specialist in employer branding, never more important than it is today in the fiercely competitive talent acquisition market. She runs focus groups in organisations at all levels as part of developing a strategy to attract more and better talent.
Helen has found a second career in people and has authored and trademarked a new type of employee needed in today’s workplace – H-Shaped People™, this looks at the importance of emotional intelligence and resilience as well as the ability to work multi portfolio across one or more organisations. Helen believes that traditional HR needs to change, and people leads should be looking at the effects of automation and interface with digital workers, shared workforces and new ways to enrich both employees and the organisation.
