Fighting against the stereotype

How many Boards of Directors are completely happy with their IT investment? Many business managers have an image of their IT function as delivering projects late and over budget; they see IT delivering cost rather than benefits. It seems that even though IT has come a long way in the past few years, it has still to fulfil its bold promises of the past ten years. The anticipated 'information revolution' is a long time coming to fruition.
