ETI Solution Version 5 is a collaborative development environment for data integration that is designed particularly for environments that include high data volumes, are time critical, employ multiple heterogeneous platforms or have complex transformation rules. Or have any combination of these attributes. This makes the product suitable not just for conventional extract, transform and load (ETL) but also for a variety of other data integration tasks.

In practice ETI Solution is a metadata-driven code generator. It builds highly efficient code for an open-ended set of source and target environments. This means that the product has no run-time component to impede the performance of the transfer process.
