Shadow Mainframe Integration Adapters from NEON Systems

The Shadow technology set from NEON Systems provides application platform to mainframe integration. Shadow supports industry standard programming API?s such as JDBC, J2CA and ODBC, and provides access to critical mainframe resources, including DB2, CICS, IMS/TM, IMS/DB, VSAM, Adabas and Natural. In each case, the relevant Shadow interface has been optimised for the best possible throughput. Thus, for example, in the case of the DB2 interface, dynamic SQL can be treated by Shadow as if it was static (and thereby providing much improved performance).
