Hyperion Business Performance Management

The idea behind Business Performance Management (which some companies refer to as Corporate Performance Management) is that all aspects of business planning, operational and financial management, performance management in the form of scorecards and similar approaches, and analysis and reporting should be treated in an integrated, unified fashion instead of through the piecemeal approach that has characterised previous applications. A number of companies have now woken up to this approach, and Hyperion is one of the leaders.
