Conformiq Creator and Conformiq Transformer 2017

This is a technical evaluation of Conformiq’s tools (Creator and Transformer) for test case generation. These have been designed to automate test processes and procedures. The products are model-driven and use activity diagrams to graphically capture details about the system under test. While Conformiq does not support the definition of requirements it does offer facilities to reverse engineer such things as BPMN diagrams, in which requirements may be expressed. The company has taken the view that most organisations have significant existing investments in development and testing software of various kinds, so it has focused significant effort on ensuring that the Conformiq products will integrate and work with any existing tools that may be in place.
