Last year's CityCompass Benchmarking International Systems and Services Corporate Actions (B.I.S.S.) report was conceptually unique. For the first time, potential users of Corporate Actions systems were able to view and compare the responses of seven leading system suppliers to a standard questionnaire. Furthermore, they had the benefit of views given by a panel of experts as each supplier was interviewed and their systems reviewed against set criteria.

This new report is arranged into four main sections: Benchmarking, Assessing Corporate Action Systems, Assessing Corporate Action Information Services and Improving Corporate Action Processing.
