  3. To inform you if you have won a prize in the draw and to email/ send any prize winnings or interview fees.

Personally identifiable information

We do not share Personally Identifiable Information. All respondent information is treated anonymously within our survey research process. Survey findings and analysis are published in the form of aggregations. No personally identifiable data or responses are made public in any of our reports.

Legal Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. For added security and peace of mind, all our on-line surveys are encrypted over a Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL).

Although we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Log Files

During the course of an on-line survey, we may gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamp.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to allow respondents to leave a survey part way through and return at a later time to start where they finished off previously. It is also used to limit one survey entry per IP address.

We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.
