We will also collect personal information about website usage through cookies (see section on 'Cookies' below) and server logs, which track the IP addresses of users visiting our site and the pages they visit.
How we will use the information
Where personal information is collected on Bloor's website, for instance through a web form or an online payment system, users will be informed as to what information is being captured, why and who (if anyone) it will be shared with.
Bloor will not sell, license or trade your personal information without your consent. We will not share your personal information with others unless they are acting under our instructions or we are required to do so by law.
Information collected via Bloor's server logs includes users' IP addresses and the web pages visited; this will be used to manage the web system and troubleshoot problems.
Bloor also uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") to understand how visitors engage with our website and so we can improve it.
Newsletters
We send a monthly newsletter to those that have opted-in, to website members, and also to people who have had business contact with us. This is intended as a B2B service, keeping people informed of company news, products and services. Everyone is given the opportunity to unsubscribe via the website or newsletter. We operate a blacklist service to prevent people being re-introduced to a mailing list.
Surveys
We conduct regular surveys to aid our research and better our customer service. You can easily remove yourself from this service by clicking on the unsubscribe links or by contacting us directly.
