1. I'm having trouble with the security question!
Please ensure that your web browser accepts session cookies (these are temporary cookies which expire when you leave the site).

2. Why won't the login form remember my password?
We have added a special HTML attribute which prevents the password from being saved by your browser. Please tick the 'remember my login' box to set an encrypted cookie on your machine - this will save all your login credentials and can be easily removed by clicking on adjacent the 'remove?' link. Our 'remember' cookie expires 365 days from being set - chances are you'll delete this before then by clearing your browser cookies.

3. Why do I get asked for my name and email address?
We have enabled subscription administrators to toggle these two additional fields so they can easily identify who in the company are using the service. If you use the 'Remember My Login' option (tick the box) you won't be prompted again for up to one year!

4. Currencies and Conversion Rate
We offer our products and services in Great Britain Pounds (default), Euros and US Dollars. Conversion rates include handling charges - this might be why the equivalent GBP price is slightly higher than a standard conversion.

5. How long are subscriptions?
Subscriptions run anually and are automatically extended if not cancelled within one month of renewal.

6. Are your papers really free?
Yes, most of our papers are free. However, please note the licensing and usage restrictions. By default our free papers can not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without purchasing a site license or subscription.
