SugarCRM is a good CRM solution with a good array of customer relation management tools. The extra sales and marketing features are helpful in tracking sales and even employee activities. While there are some tools and features that are missing, such as an internal dialer, SugarCRM is a good option. The mobile app provides the freedom to interact with clients regardless of where a sales person is.
