Nulogx was founded in 1964 as a result of i2 divesting itself of a portion of its Transportation Management implementation group. In 2004 Nulogx acquired from i2 Technologies, their Transportation Management and Transportation Optimizer applications for the IBM System-i platform.

The company provides the following solutions:

• Transportation Management System Online (TMS-O) is a hosted solution that supports all of the activities necessary to manage and execute the transportation process.
• Managed Transportation Services (MTS) is a combination of TMS-O, Nulogx logistics consultants and the company’s knowledge of the Canadian shipping market.
• Strategic Transportation Sourcing (RFP’s) is a combination of Nulogx consultants and BIDTOOLS to help orgainsations with their transportation sourcing projects.

Nulogx also publishes the Canadian General Freight Index which tracks the changing cost of transportation for Canadian shippers.
