Founded in 1982, Clearswift offers technology for enabling information governance and secure collaboration. It offers solutions for context-aware data loss prevention, including adaptive redaction, as well as email and web security. It has shown much innovation recently, including its new ARgon DLP for email solution and Aneesya information governance platform. All of its products are built on its deep content inspection engine, providing deep visibility into all critical information in an organisation. It has also made acquisitions recently to add to its product lines. In 2012, it acquired Jedda Systems to add to its DLP products and Microdasys in 2013 to bolster its web product line. It is owned by Lyceum Capital.
