The Technology4Good Awards celebrate the hard work of people of all ages who use the power of computers and the internet to make the world a better place. They were created by AbilityNet, working with BT and a range of commercial and not for profit partners and sponsors.

Nominations close 5pm, Friday 3 May 2013
There are eight categories and it is free to enter for any business, charity, public body or individual based in the UK:

  • Accessibility Award
  • BT Get IT Together Award
  • Community Impact Award
  • Digital Giving Award
  • Digital Skills Award
  • Grow Your Charity Online Award
  • IT Volunteer of the Year
  • Local Digital Champion Award

The winners will be chosen by an expert panel of judges and announced at an Awards Ceremony in July hosted by Mariella Frostrup.
